Half the blood of Brooklyn – Charlie Huston

And that was that -part three in the story about Joe Pitt done. The story continues and what appears to be an all out war of the Vampire world on Manhattan seems inevitable -as does death to Joe’s girlfriend. In the third book Joe continues from the end of part two – he has to go to Coney Island and make a pick up in the Society’s uniting campaign and all hell brakes lose. His girlfriend is worse then ever and he starts to hope that the Vampire Vyrus can actually be better – at least for him then the alternative. He is also trying to get help to determine this by visiting his friend Daniel.

Everything boils down into frustration, politics, scheming and backstabbing.

The third book continues to be a tight affair and really easy and good read. Easy – in the sense that it is easy to read – damned hard to put down.
